Purchase one of our Authentic Japanese products and if you find the same Authentic Japanese stocked item advertised at a lower price by a retail competitor then we will refund you the difference + 20% for 30 days from the date of purchase.

This offer excludes overseas stock, auctions, stock liquidation sales and trade prices.

This guarantee does not include the low quality Taiwanese tatami being sold as "Japanese tatami" mats for a cheaper price. If you can prove that they are genuine straw-filled mats from Japan then we will beat them by 20%.
